2009 State Programming Contest Winners

Some of the brightest students from across Texas competed on April 18 at TCEA’s State High School Programming Contest at the University of Texas at Tyler. The 89 teams that participated earned the right to compete in the state contest by virtue of their placing or scores in the TCEA area contests, which were held in various parts of Texas in February.

A total of 183 teams — 540 students and 67 sponsors — participated in the area contests. Approximately 270 students attended the state contest.
