FACILITIES

Host your next training session or meeting at the TCEA Learning Center and Computer Lab, located in Northeast Austin. The spacious, beautiful facility features up-to-date technology and includes an 18-workstation computer training lab and a large separate meeting room with kitchenette attached. Participants have access to an outdoor covered patio with tables and chairs. The facility is centrally located, easily accessible, and offers free, convenient parking.

Room rental for each of the rooms is $475. If renting both rooms, you will receive a $150 discount. If you qualify as a non-profit, we will include a 10% discount on your entire rental fee. Additional support items are available for a minimum fee.

TCEA Learning Center The Learning Center’s spacious layout allows for a variety of seating arrangements. Executive-style conference chairs for a comfortable environment and accommodates up to 50 participants. Click here for information on equipment, connectivity, and amenities.

Catering Options

The TCEA Training Facility receives catering services from Jason’s Deli, Bill Miller’s, Central Market, Garden Spot, and Eat Out In. Once approved by TCEA staff, you may coordinate directly with the vendor to secure food option, delivery and payment. TCEA requires that catering be ordered from approved vendors.
