Area 1

Director

I’ve enjoyed 35 years of K-12 education intermixed with several years as adjunct at a senior university. Most of my career has been with educational technology. This year I’ve totally immersed myself at the higher ed level where I am enjoying a second career helping to prepare future teachers and administrators. I now spend most of my time either in a classroom at Texas A&M International University or in the field supporting education interns of various persuasions.  This is my first year as Area 1 director and I depend a lot on the support and guidance I receive from other TCEA veterans and administrative office personnel as well as the dedicated Area 1 members.  I hope to make many positive and impactful educational technology events in the Area 1 region.
