TOTS AND TECHNOLOGY SUMMER CONFERENCE

This exclusive opportunity will provide you premier recognition.

Luncheon Sponsor (Two Sponsorships Available) - $2,500 (each)

Continental Breakfast Sponsor Day Two - $1,200

Attendees will gather on day two to continue their professional development experiences at the conference. As the sponsor of the continental breakfast, you will have a captive audience to share your message with.

Conference Bag Sponsor (Exclusive Opportunity) - $3,000

All participants will receive a bag upon arrival with their conference materials and inserts. As the sponsor, your logo will be included on the conference bag branded with the tots and technology imagery and TCEA logo. This is an exclusive sponsorship, only your logo and TCEA logo imprint on the bag. The sponsorship is inclusive and the bags are selected and ordered by TCEA.

Conference Lanyard/Badge Holder Sponsor (Exclusive Opportunity) - $3,000

All participants will receive a premium lanyard to hold their conference name badge. As the sponsor, your logo will appear on the badge. The sponsorship is inclusive and the lanyards are selected and ordered by TCEA.

Bag Insert Opportunity - In-Kind

Participants are excited to find unique items in their conference bags. With this enhancement you receive Distinctive recognition with items that provide an extended branding opportunity. Exhibitors that include a valuable item for conference attendees may also include a piece of collateral, if desired. There is no charge for in-kind bag inserts. Items that are considered as in-kind include (but are not limited to) pen, water bottle, USB or other technology accessory, items for the classroom, etc. If needed, TCEA can assist you with ordering the items to reduce your out-of-pocket and shipping costs. This year we anticipate 1,000 participants. Please contact us to explore this opportunity further. The fee to insert collateral without a valuable item is $500

Exhibit Space Only - $650

Exhibitor displays are located in the general session room. This is the central meeting location of breakfast and lunch services.
Exhibit space includes:
