Convention Program
The TCEA Convention Program is distributed to more than 9,000 attendees and exhibitors on-site. It features a complete guide to the convention, including the educational program, facility maps, and exhibitor product listings and booth numbers. After the convention, attendees keep the program and use it as a reference guide to find particular products and services.
TechEdge Magazine
Reach the most technology-savvy educators in Texas by advertising in the pre-convention issues of TCEA’s association journal, the TechEdge, a four-color magazine, distributed four times a year to 9,000 TCEA members. Pre-convention issues are published in fall and winter.

Mechanical Specifications
All ads must be digital submissions. High-resolution PDF files are required.
- All fonts and subsets of fonts must be embedded.
- Color images must be 300 dpi or higher.
- All image data must be in CMYK format.
- Working files such as QuarkXPress, InDesign, PageMaker, etc. will not be accepted.
Page Specifications
Bleeds should be at least 1/8 inch.
- Final trim size is 8 1/2” by 11”.
