Registration                                                                                                                
Attendee Registration will be held in the Atrium on level 1 on the north side (Fourth Street) of the convention center. Attendee Registration will be open as indicated on the schedule below.
 
Onsite Registration Hours
Monday, Feb. 8           7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 9           7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 10    7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 11        7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 12            7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
 
Onsite Registration Fees:
$50 Exhibits Only
$195 Full Conference
 
Registration/Name Badge Policies                                                                              
TCEA name badges must be worn by attendees during all conference events. Attendee and exhibitor badges will have a barcode strip which contains the information collected on their registration forms.
 
The badge can be used at exhibits with a reader to request additional information. Badges are non-transferable and non-refundable.
 
Wireless Internet Access                                                                                             
Austin Convention Center offers free wireless Internet access in the lobbies and corridors for attendees who want to bring their laptop computers and check email during breaks. There will also be email stations set up on levels 1, 3 and 4 of the convention center and in the exhibit hall.
 
Accommodations for the Disabled                                                                              
The Austin Convention Center is wheelchair accessible and fully equipped to meet the needs of participants with disabilities. The convention hotels also have accommodations for attendees with disabilities. 
 
Scooter and wheelchair rentals are available by contacting Travis Medical at (512) 458-4589. Advance reservations are requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability.
 
Age Restriction                                                                                                           
Children under 16 are not allowed into TCEA sessions, workshops, or the exhibit hall. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
