Grab your lunch and join us in this free-to-members webinar series offered every Wednesday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This series focuses on new tools and resources for the classroom. Topics range from advanced features of Google to new educational apps to amazing websites for learning. Legislative Update

Find out the latest educational happenings from Washington DC, the Texas Legislature, the State Board of Education, and the Texas Education Agency each month as TCEA attends meetings and then briefs you on the news. This webinar series is offered from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST and is free to members. The iPad in Education

Discover the educational value of this amazing device during the hands-on, free-to-members workshop. Participants will examine the features of the iPad (1 and 2), learn its strengths and weaknesses, and discuss the role of the iPad in the classroom. Attendees may either bring their own iPad or use one of TCEA’s during the workshop. The session is offered from 9:00 a.m. to noon and then repeated from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. throughout the year.
